In man, the mind is the causal factor and the body is but an instrument to work for the mind. The external physical features or the complexion cannot be changed. But the mind is amenable to change every day, every moment. In fact, every one is given ample freedom by Nature. Understand this fact. Make your mind pure, optimistic, faithful and cheerful. That is the best wealth, treasure and pursuit. While the body ages, the mind must grow younger….
