Description:
About this book, Ma Gurupriyaji
writes, “We have witnessed our Poojya Gurudev writing
relentlessly to seekers and devotees keeping them – their
queries and difficulties – fondly in mind, advising them so
that they would live life cheerfully with freedom and
fulfilment. Each letter, although focussed on the individual
needs of the seeker, is of immense relevance to many devotees
in general. This particular collection has been made keeping
in mind the needs of the householders who are keen on pursuing
saadhana to make their life peaceful, joyous and confident.
Extracts from the Book:
Surrender to the Supreme Lord.
Give the entire charge of yourself and your relations to Him.
Only then the best and the most auspicious developments will
come to you. Let the course of Providence rule everything from
now on. Do not be agitated and anxious about the future.
Remain confident. In life, slips and errors are possible. But
all these will turn out to one’s favour if they are also
surrendered to the Supreme with an attitude of humility and
acceptance. Keep the mind free and natural….

Everything in this world-whatever
you do, gain or achieve-is finally to be left. Nothing is there
to be possessed, or taken with you. Even the body in which you
live, do your work and achieve whatever that has to be achieved,
is ultimately to be left. Should you not remember this fact
every moment? To the discriminating mind, the world, however
beautiful or attractive, is yet fleeting and evanescent. This
one truth is enough to lead the mind to deeper dispassion. Let
the dispassion in you grow stronger and deeper…..

In man, the
mind is the causal factor and the body is but an instrument to
work for the mind. The external physical features or the
complexion cannot be changed. But the mind is amenable to change
every day, every moment. In fact, every one is given ample
freedom by Nature. Understand this fact. Make your mind pure,
optimistic, faithful and cheerful. That is the best wealth,
treasure and pursuit. While the body ages, the mind must grow
younger….
